Brupaks Auxiliary Finings
To add polish to beer and to assist the action of isinglass. Use in conjunction with isinglass for brighter beer. Accelerates the fining action. Improves polish on the final beer Reduces susceptibility to non-biological chill hazes. Reduces the amount of isinglass finings required. Ensure complete dispersion in beer prior to the addition of isinglass. Dosage: 40 – 60ml per 25 litres.

Active vegetable carbon. Removes brownish colour of oxidation but leaves the flavour intact. Has a high absorbancy and is easily removable due to its granulated structure. Dosage: 1-3g in 10 litres Add while stirring briskly. Remove after 1 day by syphoning or filtering.
