1 Refund Policy:

  1. Stonehelm reserves the right to issue a refund in place of a product.
  2. Stonehelm will refund any damaged or malfunctioned product for which it itself was responsible for causing.
  3. All products are quality checked before shipping, however, in the event of a product being shipped with a manufacturer's fault or damage, a replacement or refund will be made on return of the product in question.
  4. As items may be damaged in transit it is essential that on receipt of damaged goods the customer does not sign 'Received in Good Condition' but enters 'Damaged' on the delivery document, or this may prevent possible replacement or refund.
  5. Stonehelm will refund without quibble any product which is return within 28 days of purchase that is unused and undamaged.
  6. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

2 Privacy Policy:

Any personal details that the customer gives to Stonehelm will only be used to carry out the customer's orders and not be given, transferred or sold to any third party.

3 Security Policy:

All monetary details are taken across a secure independent server.

4 Website Policy:

No part of this website or source code is to be reproduced in part or full without the express permission of Stonehelm. All enquires regarding this web site should be addressed by email to "webmaster@stonehelm.co.uk".

5 Dissatisfaction Policy:

It is our intention to give perfect satisfaction to all our customers. However, should a problem arise please email our administration department "support@stonehelm.co.uk". We will endeavour to resolve any such dissatisfactions.

6 VAT:

All product prices are inclusive of VAT.

7 Delivery Area:

We delivery anywhere in the UK but not elsewhere.

8 Delivery Cost:

Minimum charge of £2.99. Maximum charge of £4.99. No charges for orders that are collected.

9 Undelivered Parcels:

Where the courier has been unable to fulfil a delivery due to insufficient instructions or no recipient available the consignment will be returned to Stonehelm depot. It will be held for two weeks awaiting further instructions. Should no further instructions be received a credit will be made to the original card less delivery cost with no further action regarding that order. Should the customer wish for a repeat delivery a further delivery charge will apply.

10. Uncollected Parcels:

Where a customer has selected to collect their order but has not done so for two weeks a reminder email will be sent. If the parcel is still uncollected for a further two weeks the order will be cancelled and a refund will be made to the original card with no further action regarding that order.
