Then there is "Real Cidermaking - On a Small Scale" by Michael Pooley & John Lomax and also specialist books like the "Gervin Recipe Book" by Professor Gerry Fowles - Professor of Chemistry at Reading University from 1966 until his retirement in 1991 which helps you learn how to use the large range of Gervin yeasts that we keep in stock.
