Use for producing red wines with mouthfeel and full-bodied white wines.
Selected for its ability to create wines with increased aromatic intensity, colour intensity, length of finish and dependable fermentation. Gives a round mouthfeel and decreases astringency from tannins.
Use as a general all-rounder for reds and for full-bodied whites such as Chardonnay.
