HERON BAY’S PREMIUM 4 WEEK, 8 LITRE WINE KIT

• 8 litre wine kits yield 23 litres (6 US gallons) finished wines (approximately 30-750 ml wine bottles)
• Ready to enjoy shortly after bottling and will age nicely for a smoother taste
• Starting specific gravity of 1.090
• 12.4% alcohol by volume in finished wines by following the instruction enclosed with each kit
• Countries of Origin: California, USA, Chile and Italy
• Includes 6 easy drinking wines (EDW). These wines have softer tannins and reduced acidity for the winemaker that is looking for a softer and earlier drinking wine.
